Description

A smaller, hardier harvester ant native further north than M. barbarus, tolerating a brief winter diapause while retaining the classic Messor seed-harvesting behaviour. This listing is for a captive-bred colony of Messor structor, raised in a controlled environment with full husbandry records available on request.
